one way to get that plastic smell is to seal up some of your vintage figures in small plastic bags (make sure it is sealed real well, with as little air as possible). Leave them in there a while, weeks or months to be ideal. Then when you open them back up there should be a real good plastic smell like when they were new.

The Shining is my second favorite movie. Probably for the same reason as I like Star Wars so much. Both Movies take me back to that simple time, when we were kids. Fact: The Shining and The Empire strikes Back shared a set. It is the same snow used for the winter set in The Shining and the Hoth Rebel base. Both were shot at Elstree Studios in England.

hmmmmmm too many to list. Probably a toss up between Day the Earth Stood Still. The francise movie I am happy with is the new Batman stuff with Christian Bale. BTW – Nice show, go vintage!! My comrades at the Voice of the Republic podcast are sometimes too young to remember the toxic goodness. It was REALLY strong with figures with capes. That’s why I had 27 Vader figures.

The Back To The Future part 1 is in my top 5 faves. I saw it back in 85 when it first came out, and I LOVED it.
Part 2 is a decent movie, but I really never liked part 3.

Well, first off, this is the third time ive gotten strep in a month!
The doctor thinks my tonsils may be hiding the bacteria but I dont buy it. The first 2 times he gave me only an 8 day regimen of amoxicillen. This time he gave me the original penicillin for 10 days. Im hoping this will be it! Anyway, through my coughing fits, id have to say my second favorite movie is Raiders of the Lost Ark. To me that is the ultimate adventure film. I also love that old fashioned feel of it.
