SWG Capital ships promo

Y-8 is the only flyable capital ship in the game, its supposed to be a mining ship, but its not really used for that

these were planned to be Player Controlled, too bad they arent here, it’s make everything fun

I’d love capital ships in SWG even if they were just frigates but to tell you the truth the only way I think large ships like a mon calamari cruiser of Star Destroyer would work is if they were under guild control like flying cities since there’s too much ship for one person unless one man was a wizard and could man all gun turrets at the same time

rebels can get MC80 cruisers, imperials can get the star destroyers, and the freelancers can get the CR90 corellian corvette, since the freelancers can either go imp or reb it can be a support ship since its size

No, it’s footage from content that was never released. Years ago they announced this at Fanfare but it was never implemented for various reasons. Sorta like the City of the Skies expansion, although that was never announced, just leaked.

actually there is a star destroyer in game,it destoyed me to dust,it has like 120 weapons,but i dont know if you can go in or not

capital ships would be very unbalencing…. but fun!

This was a SOE made video for one of the Fan Faire’s. This basicly was a BS that they created to keep players playing hoping this would be implamented. SOE later annouced that they only made this video to demonstrat what it would look like if they put the capital ships in the game. IE they had no intention of allowing players to get capital ships.
