if there is no world pvp in this game it will be a total fail.
you can only do a zone 4 or 5 times then its just repetitive and boring.

@skullkid325 i dont think they will make a sequel to the game. although i have read the 4 installment books of the game. worth every dollar i have spent

@holocr0n yeah my thoughts exactly. I’ve played enough MMO’ s though to know that this has great potential, it’s just not being showcased properly. I’ve also played enough bioware games to know that there is no way they wouldn’t let you move while attacking LOL. Thats how their games are made.. all their combat systems are very action based. From KOTOR to Jade empire, to Dragon Age and Mass Effect – they love fast paced action. They just suck at showing it for this game

mh yeah but a little more action in movement like in JK series would be pretty fun for me (my opinion)
maybe they will do this, i mean there are not so many gameplayvideos out

@justcallmemrmetal i think they just suck at selling the game. I remember old wow commercials and they looked like this LOL. Now they don’t show footage unless its pvp with people who know what their doing. Bioware will learn eventually. This does look sad though lol.

@intoccabile I know haha. I mean i bet in this game you CAN use your mouse to turn,but this video also doesn’t do this justice,ever fight is a 2v1 or a 5v2. Maybe if it showed some arena style with a caster melee versus soldier and jedi,showing each others strengths against each other it would be better…not 5 second fighting and 20 second running scenes haha

@darkangel8989 watch any WoW video today and clickers still have a tendency to stand still because they are keyboard turning. This video is just showcasing the choreography though.

@intoccabile clickers can still move around in an MMO only noobs can’t. so i guess this game is for noobs

@holocr0n you can move an attack. There’s a lot of clicking going on here. As you can see everything is instant, nothing is being casted.

@justcallmemrmetal isn’t that exactly what they do in WoW when 2 clickers play?

So what i get from this is ranged usually stand still and use specials,and jedis stand in front of each other seeing who can click their buttons faster?

In case you guys are wondering yes you can move and attack like wow (zomg wow copy amirite?) they just stand still so they can show off the coreography.

i expected so much more – no movement in pvp makes the whole game boring

Pvp sucks everyone just stands where they are once they are in range even melee. this is gunna suck -_-

the guys responsible for the PvP in warhammer online are in charge of SWTOR PvP.

@becauseigame Yeah, I don’t really like WoW but I would have to agree, it’s a big game. I mean I don’t like it but I can get how people would and with a fan scale as large as theirs, it’s definately not dying out anytime soon. Even if another game got a fan audience as large as theirs what are the chances 12 million+ people will all stop playing the game at once?
