Battles Taking Place: 1 (Land) -The Battle of Dagobah- The pirates ships are in disarry and with it, the Rebellion can bring their landing forces to Dagobah’s murky swamps. However the pirates may be stunned, yet hardly dispelled. Soldiers await their orders, Podwalkers and Skiffs dart lightly across the area while their base stays hidden for now. you have your fleet (and planetary guns if around) on one side, they have theres on the other, and the battle goes like that. nothing much to them. and the landings are basically just tanks fighting tanks and fortresses.

imperium galatica is a game where you take control of a civilisation in space and work your way through the game trying to win. you can either be diplomatic or warlike, or both, but thats very hard to pull off. it does a few things like on here, but it goes into quite fine detail.you build things on the planets or can set them up to. space battles are very simple, you just order the units to attack what ythey should do

true, if we could just bomb them into oblivion, where’s the fun be?
Mission humanity is an old, hard stratergy game where you lead the remants of either the human or alien race on a mission to counter the attack of the other. it’s fun but it’s super hard and there are NO cheats whatsoever.
let’s see…star wars…shogun total war…mission humanity and imperium galatica 2.

if you want plot convienance, why not just have the whole army (the one in space i mean) fly down and bombard the enemy with lasers.
and that pairing thing reminds me of mission humanity.
and so far, I’m remind of 4 games by this one lol
