@Films0R0Us Sorry. SV movie studio versions do not have the masking tool. However you can still do the clone effect w/ either cookie cutter or chroma keying.

@TennisKing23 SV Pro Versions has the masking tool, however SV Home Studio Versions do not. There are several different ways of doing this effect though w/o masking

@shadow94hyunseop I usually render as 720p if the size widescreen but if its not then I just do 480p. I usually render with .wmv extension. I don’t know what divx is but if it takes an hour to render then you should consider clearing out your computer or just wait. Render is a long process. The punch sound you can find by searching on google.

@parreirao2 the keyboard shortcut to splitting a video is “s”. and truthfully the mirrors effect is simply cloning but having clever camera angles to have one clone in a mirror.

i have this persistent question which no one ha answered …. how do u split the videos with a keyboard key combination? i mean, whats the combination? ive been searching and searching, and i cant find it, it would rly help me on my vids >.>. p.s.: if u could od a “mirrors” video tutorial, i’d be rly happy ;P hope u see and respond to this… anyways, thx

@sweetlycruel With this method sorry, but no. The Home Studio version does not have the masking tool BUT you can still clone using the cookie cutter tool. You could even try to have your clone interact using the chroma key and a blue/green screen. This video is just one of the MANY ways to do this effect.
