They can be difficult to make, depending on which you mean, and how complicated + outer dia & inner dia of the parts comprising the “hilt”.

They do indeed handle a beating. See my “Balance of Power” live stage performances for that… and yes, the electronics & parts (when soldered correctly) are nearly impervious to shock/collision damage.

I have to say , i’ve seen quite a bit of they sabers you have both made and also modified,and i have to say that they are all excellent most defiantly. You have much of my respect on them Novastar and also to all the ones who have helped in making them. Keep it up .

@Gustavo0929 it’s listed right on the video (via Y-tube), but it is called Tomoyasu Hotei, meaning Battle with no honor or fighting with no respect/something to that effect. I believe it is from the “Kill Bill” film by Quentin Tarantino.

Actually, this person on the video certainly gets more girls and lives greater experiences than you will ever do. Considering the fact that this guy is a great fencer, a pretty respectable tricker, eletronician, comedian, and still finds time to upload silly videos to entertain us all, I’d rather look up to him than you.

@Nandorunit … nope. They are made for heavy punishment, and you can see what I mean if you look at my most recent video as of April/May 2010 (Gravy Time) or even my more “traditional”/”big project” saber fights called “Balance of Power”, episodes I & II (2006/2007)…
