@ivkoacount Are you gonna see them? Personally, I don’t want to, but I guess I will anyway to see if anything else has been changed. But…what the hell could they possibly put in 3D? I don’t think a lightsaber battle can be in 3D….

I like how Darth Vader finds it impresseive when Luke jumps out of the carbonite chamber, but finds it most impressive when he swings at Luke and misses him.

PropaGandalf90

November 10, 2010

it looks strange at 0:54, how Vader blocks with only one hand

“You’ll find I’m full of surprises”. Yeah, I was pretty surprised when you dropped your most important weapon and rolled down the stairs like a retard.

November 10, 2010

I’d also be mad if someone like Darth Vader fucked my mom.

The best lightsaber duel in the entire Saga. Thumbs up if you agree.

November 10, 2010

Lazy, Vader could’ve easily caught him with the force.

EpicBeard815

November 10, 2010

*Luke jumps off into giant pit* Vader: well…fuck

Easily the best lightsaber duel in the Star Wars library. So much going on here physically, emotionally and psychologically.

@jdoghockey19 Do you understand that the you can’t do nearly as much with a puppet as you can with CGI?? In order to demonstrate why Yoda was the fucking master, he needed to be CGI, CGI would be the only way to show his prowess bro.

graddy49

November 10, 2010

@bamadon Because he wasn’t strong enough wih the Force to either a) sense they were coming or b) use the force to push them away.

graddy49

November 10, 2010

@jektezak The Blu Ray discs are on the way — in 2011. They will be the special editions, though.

edwlee78

November 10, 2010

@WoW1323Zeedawg What I wonder, though, is if that “Luke” that Darth whispers is an addition by Lucas in the special edition or if it really was in the original Empire Strikes Back.

WoW1323Zeedawg

November 10, 2010

@edwlee78 yeah, was his son he wasnt trying to kill him Lol

Danoportu

November 10, 2010

awesome, there is nothing more to say about it.

jdoghockey19

November 10, 2010

A really dynamic fight

At first vader was just toying with Luke to get him into carbonite…but when luke doesnt go that easily…..Vader says”Fuck It”….and starts to kick his ass into submission

Keep Yoda a puppet, not shitty cgi video game character

THEDARKKNlGHT1939

November 10, 2010

You cant even tell this was made in 1980. These movies were truly ahead of their time

EddieNeeds100Deeds

November 10, 2010

@DorkmanScott So to have a sucessful Lightsaber fighting video you need a custom style, fast paced camera shots, and editing software?

RhetoricalFilms9792

November 10, 2010

ditto. i made my first two short films in halo simply because i like chase scenes and wanted to make one (or two).

bouchandre

November 10, 2010

not jedi and sith but still use the force!

streetracer731

November 10, 2010

TheKwachner227

November 11, 2010

i have a question about dorkman getting his arm cut off…HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT??? lol

perculti

November 11, 2010

you guys ever consider actually learning a martial art to better these movies… it really opens up your imagination to a new view of what you guys are doing… though i think it’s pretty cool shit even though it’s not any formal style!

slack3r9

November 11, 2010

actually i think you could sell dvds if you wanted, from what i know, kevin smith did all his stuff in like jay and silent bob strike back without any permission from lucas, and he apparently never asked for anything for it

KingPointy

November 11, 2010

It looks rehearsed because it IS rehearsed lol.

They are movies…

themaxxray

November 11, 2010

I understand where your coming from. The lightsaber is a weapon that only a Force-sensitive individual could master. If not, you’d be hacking off your own limbs instead of your opponents

loopafox

November 11, 2010

considering you can use a light saber like a pro, i think a little saber burn through the shoulder is nothing….

TheOnlyYomalolo

November 11, 2010

dinodinojungle1

November 11, 2010

5:09 “they don’t help” he sounds so much like Kenobi

goji3755

November 11, 2010

You don’t have to be either one to have the ability to use the Force. The official term for people who can use the Force are called “force sensitives.” They don’t require training by either Jedi or Sith, they can train themselves by watching Jedi/Sith or being trained by rogue Jedi and then being rogue yourself. Or you can join one side or the other, and then go rogue. You have the ability to use the force, you just need the skill.

wolfy2424

November 11, 2010

These guys lost any cred to me with their costume answer

Why do you have FORCE powers then if you’re not acting like a Jedi/Sith?

I guess you’re the only humans that have this mighty power then.

wolfy2424

November 11, 2010

We’re not jedi and sith?

WTF?

How many ‘normal 2 guys’ have force powers?

This movie would have been WAY better with costumes

verisimilitude27

November 11, 2010

I think part of what makes the videos so good (for me at least) is the fact that you guys chose not to wear costumes – putting ‘Star Wars’ in a real-world setting was something that kind of threw me off and made things more interesting :)

I’m so fired up now lol combining martial arts and my nerdy computer skills was something I never really considered – thanks for the inspiration! You guys are amazing!

raiders2000

November 11, 2010

wait.. not star wars film?.. umm yeah ok..lol…

well it’s not Lord of the Rings..

HMHteam

November 11, 2010
