Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader

i think he did a decent job. sure hes no oscar winner, but he did and look the part. props to him. i mean u cud totally see the dynamic of his character at the end of the 3rd after obiwan chops him and his is in full fury and rage, hes not remotely anakin anymore

i thought they might have got david prowse back for that scene, but then again ive heard rumours that lucas hated prowse

dude imagine how crazy a day that must’ve been for the crew, when Hayden walks in dressed as Vader. I’m sure that there were plenty of tears of just pure joy seeing that. Imagine how Hayden felt!

Hayden ”LOOKED” the part of Anakin, an to the best of his ability he tried… When he became ”Darth Vader” his acting did improve an he seemed to fit the role better.. but it was more in Episode 2 an his (Emo) moment’s that just made me hate the character

But i must remind myself Hayden did NOT write the script, or write the Dialog…he pretty much did what he was told. So Lucas in my opinion is to blame not Hayden. but the end of Episode 3 was great an he had potential just didn’t show it

At 3:17 the suit look a lot closer to ANH. I’d have love to see ROTS Vader in that way.

I’m glad that they chose Hayden to be Darth Vader. I would have hated it if they’d chosen someone who had to try to play the role.

George Lucas chose someone who already had an undercurrent of the dark side who is also modest and discreet. How do I know? That’s basically my personality and I’m not afraid to admit it.
