Indiana Jones himself, Harrison Ford talks to Paul Byrne for www.Movies.ie Extraordinary Measures, is a true-life story about a renegade professor (Ford) being foxed and forced into helping a desperate young couple (a likeable Keri Russell and a woefully wooden Brendan Fraser) try and find a cure for their child’s Pompe Disease. It’s a movie of the week. With a really big star in the middle of it all. When I met up with Ford in LA, he was signing an Indiana Jones action figure, and a DVD, for a Mexican journalist. Knowing that Ford can be a little tetchy in interviews, I asked him to sign my chesticles. It wouldn’t be the first time, he smirked. Although, I have to admit, never by an Irishman.
