The walking part makes total sense.
The very first trailer for NMH2? With Travis walking down a highway? This was that scene.
It’s Suda’s way of making sure that if it showed up in the trailer, it’s here too. Only thing that would’ve made it more perfect would be Travis having his hands in his pockets.

The game is targeted for men for several social-economical reasons, and for that you would have to do some research and study sociology. Either way, what does gender have to do with the game? Why those this needs to be a boys game, exclusively? Is it because it doesnt have Magical Ponys or domestic house work? Oh yeah, that is why we have cooking mama and my little pony! I find this game sexist not because the use of females and how it re-enforces sexism but because it’s so one dimensional. But because, men are not put in the “sexy” positions. Like this shower scene- why not put the main character doing stuff like this, instead of taking a shit. It’s male dominant hetero-erotic only.
