You may be thinking of EMF or RF (electromagnetic field) or (radio frequency) fields. EEG is a way of measuring & analyzing electrical activity in a brain. The headset has a relatively weak field. The evidence for electromagnetic/radio fields linking cancer doesn’t show a definitive causal relationship.
