Again, I was really, really impressed with the fighting, effects and those things. (Thumbs up for the Anonymous-mask. xD)

also to add, lightsaber fights arent supposed to look “choreographed”, thats where some people fail at making videos as good as this, they try to much to make it look cool rather than than to make it look like two skilled fighters trying to stay alive and win

Im gonna do something i dont usually do and thats put up a biased comment…..but in defense of this video replying to jckdaniel……this video was very complex and wasnt simple at all. This is some of the stuff i am going to college for, choreography and motion graphics and im gonna say this lightsaber fight was very good. It had all the elements that make an exciting fight. it wasnt the fastedst duel ive seen but it didnt sacrifice realism for speed, which in turn made up for it.

We tried to make the fight to look as realistic as possible. Therefore the duellists always keept each other on a long distance when not fighting. You don’t want to be close to your opponent so that he could surprise you. And you wouldn’t turn your back at him anytime.

We did it as realistic we could (less advanced) which results in lack of intensity and speed, and maybe not as interesting to watch…

I liked the movie, yet i found the duel was missing something… perhaps it was speed or complexity in the dueling. IT was a bit too simple… yet the effects and scenario were nice.
