I doubt that is George Lucas, I got to meet George Lucas at Celebration III and thousands waited in line all night to see him – I lucked out and walked right in, and they opened a new line/door and I ened up in the front row ironically (ha) but I don’t think he’d just be walking around! But it did look like him.
