I’ll be away for the next two years (until July 2012) without access to YouTube. Feel free to comment, but don’t expect any replies until then! This movie is the result of months of work. I think this is going to be my last film for a while as I’m heading out for the next two years (I’m LDS). Unlike my last LEGO Star Wars entry for the movie making contest, I didn’t have a motive for making it other than it sounded fun. You can see my first film here: www.youtube.com Thanks to the help of Jumper8520, I was able to write a storyline and began working. Using Blender 2.49 (a free animation program), I animated everything from scratch without importing models from LDD or LDraw (though I tried at first). When I started working I planned on making another traditional stop motion film like my first movie–”Bad Day for the Dark Side”. But after starting the opening scene I realized that it would be easier to just animate the fly through. I still planned to use stop motion in the following scenes but I got carried away… I also learned how to add subtitles just in case you can’t understand my pronunciation

I plan on getting one of these sets when I get te money. If you want to see some cools mods, contact me, and I record the mods I made and put them on you tube, you might be suprised at what I can do to a legoset in a short time. Thank god the bags are number coded. I cant imagine having to open all the bags and build it with all the peices together. Im getting this when I go to oklahoma city if they have it in the lego store.
